Welcome to VisMatrix! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VisMatrix application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using VisMatrix, you confirm that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- All information you provide is accurate and current
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of VisMatrix, you must create an account. You agree to:

4.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or share through VisMatrix, including tasks, logs, plans, messages, and other data ("User Content").
4.2 License to VisMatrix
By using the Service, you grant VisMatrix a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Store and process your User Content to provide the Service
- Display your User Content to users you've authorized (e.g., friends)
- Make backups and ensure data security
- Generate analytics and statistics (anonymized)
4.3 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
5. Third-Party Services
VisMatrix integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar. When you connect these services:
- You authorize VisMatrix to access your data from those services
- You agree to those services' terms of service and privacy policies
- VisMatrix is not responsible for the practices of third-party services
- You can revoke access at any time through your account settings
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

6.1 Service Provision: We strive to provide reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
6.2 Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will attempt to provide advance notice when possible.
6.3 Changes to Service: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
6.4 No Warranty: VisMatrix is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14.5 No Agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and VisMatrix as a result of these Terms.
